Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that an order of delicious Jacqson Gin arrives damaged or broken we will offer a replacement or a credit on return of the bottle(s) in question.
Simply send the bottle to the address below and email your order number and whether you would like a replacement or a refund to [email protected].
You have the right to cancel your order (and receive a full refund on return of the unopened bottle) up to 14 days after placing your order.
Please note we are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail and will take 3-7 working days to reach you.  PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS ARE TAKING LONGER DUE TO DISRUPTION CAUSED BY CORONAVIRUS.
